Turkish defense and technology firm Titra is set to present its latest rotary-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) at Verticon, the world’s largest vertical aviation conference and trade show. The prestigious event, taking place in Dallas until March 13, will host over 15,000 industry professionals and more than 600 participating companies.
Titra, a subsidiary of Pasifik Teknoloji, will unveil models of its cutting-edge UAVs, Dumrul and Alpin, offering innovative logistics and surveillance solutions tailored for both military and civilian applications.
Dumrul: Silent and Tactical
One of Titra’s flagship UAVs, Dumrul, is a silent helicopter powered by an electric motor. It features a takeoff weight of 17 to 18 kilograms and can stay airborne for up to 30 minutes. Designed for short-range surveillance, Dumrul integrates imaging capabilities with under-mounted weapon systems, enabling precise target neutralization. Its compact size and advanced technology make it a valuable asset for reconnaissance missions and tactical operations.
Alpin: Heavy Payload and Extended Flight Endurance
Alpin, an unmanned helicopter designed for versatile operations, stands out with its extended fuel tank, allowing for up to nine hours of flight time. With a payload capacity exceeding 200 kilograms, it is engineered for a range of applications, including military missions, cargo transport, and humanitarian aid delivery. Alpin’s ability to safely transport equipment and supplies enhances its utility across various sectors.
Global Expansion and Strategic Partnerships
Titra executives are leveraging Verticon as a platform to enhance international visibility and expand the firm’s footprint in global UAV technology. The company aims to forge strategic partnerships by engaging with international delegations and industry officials attending the event.
“As Pasifik Teknoloji, we are executing projects that enhance our innovative efforts to become a global player,” said Muhammed Selman Dönmez, board member of Pasifik Teknoloji and founding board member of Titra.
