Kapamilya Hosts Win Best Reality Show Hosts
The big winners of the night included the hosts of Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11. Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, Kim Chiu, Melai Cantiveros, Enchong Dee, and Alexa Ilacad took home the award for Best Reality Show Hosts. Chiu, who also co-hosted the ceremony, accepted the award on behalf of her fellow hosts. In a touching moment, Chiu was later named Female Star of the Night.
Coco Martin’s ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ Wins Big
Coco Martin’s hit primetime action-drama FPJ’s Batang Quiapo earned the coveted Best Primetime TV Series award. A visibly moved Martin expressed his gratitude, saying, “Sobra kaming nagpapasalamat talaga sa lahat ng taong sumusuporta at nagmamahal sa show,” which translates to, “We are truly grateful to everyone who supports and loves the show.”
ABS-CBN’s ‘It’s Showtime’ Takes Best Variety Show
ABS-CBN’s popular noontime show It’s Showtime was awarded Best Variety Show. Lead host Anne Curtis also claimed the title of Best Female TV Host for her role in the program. Her achievement is a testament to the show’s ongoing success and Curtis’ undeniable presence in Philippine television.
Noli De Castro Named Best Male Newscaster
Veteran journalist Kabayan Noli De Castro was named Best Male Newscaster for his work on TV Patrol. In his acceptance speech, he thanked the PMPC and dedicated the award to the entire ABS-CBN News team, saying, “In the Service of the Filipino.” His long-standing commitment to delivering the news has made him a household name in the country.
Fyang Smith Wins Best New Female TV Personality
Rising star Fyang Smith, known for her role in Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11, was awarded Best New Female TV Personality. Smith expressed her gratitude on stage, saying, “Super grateful ako. It’s such an honor na ma-recognize as a new TV female personality. Thank you sa mga fans ko—super overwhelmed ako,” meaning, “I’m super grateful. It’s such an honor to be recognized as a new female TV personality. Thank you to my fans—I’m overwhelmed.”
Major Acting Awards Go to Kapamilya Talents
Piolo Pascual and Kim Chiu took home major acting awards. Pascual was named Best Drama Actor for his role in Pamilya Sagrado, while Chiu won Best Drama Actress for her powerful performance in Linlang. Pascual was also honored as Male Star of the Night, a nod to his consistent excellence in the industry.
Janine Gutierrez, who received praise for her compelling supporting role, won Best Drama Supporting Actress. She was also recognized as Female Celebrity of the Night. “I’m so happy talaga, hindi ako makapaniwala,” she said, expressing her disbelief and joy at receiving the honor. “Ito talaga yung role na akala ko hindi ko magagampanan. Ite-treasure ko ito forever,” meaning, “This is the role I thought I couldn’t play. I will treasure this forever.”
Special Awards Honor TV Legends
The night also celebrated the contributions of television icons. Janice de Belen received the Ading Fernando Lifetime Achievement Award, thanking the PMPC for recognizing her achievements. “For me, it means I must have done something good,” she said.
Broadcast journalist Julius Babao was awarded the Excellence in Broadcasting Lifetime Achievement Award, a recognition of his significant impact in the world of broadcasting.
German Moreno Power Tandem Award Recognizes On-Screen Duos
The prestigious German Moreno Power Tandem Award was presented to two on-screen pairs: Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino for their chemistry in Linlang and Barbie Forteza and David Licauco for their roles in Pulang Araw.

The late Gloria Romero, a true icon of Philippine television, was posthumously honored with an award in recognition of her legendary career.
